With a compatible vehicle, the Plug & Charge feature(5) lets you charge your vehicle without needing to use a RFID card or credit card. The car and the charging point communicate, charging starts automatically and you are invoiced directly!

Charge pass
1. Click on “Discover charging on the move”, then “See Charge Pass offers” in the Account section of your My Renault / My Dacia / My Alpine app.
2. Then select the package that suits you to trigger your Charge Pass order. You will receive it within a few days.
1. Click on “Discover charging on the move”, then “Activate a Charge Pass” in the Account section of your vehicle app.
2. Enter the code on the back of the pass.
3. Select the bank card to link to the pass.
4. Enter your billing address, then finalise the activation. You will be able to use your pass within 24 hours.
1. Locate available charging points using the app. You can filter the results by charging power, socket type or compatibility with your vehicle.
2. Charge at the charging point of your choice. Charge your vehicle and pay with your Charge Pass. You can find out the rate in advance and receive your charging receipts by email.
3. Take advantage of low rates. Select a subscription to suit your needs and enjoy reduced prices when you charge. This will save you money.
Plug & Charge
You simply need to activate the feature from your My Renault / My Dacia / My Alpine app in the “Account” menu. Your vehicle must be paired beforehand with your My Renault app and be in a network coverage zone. You also need a Mobilize Charge Pass account.
